Hello everybody in the hive community and to all gamers of hive. This is my entry to the splinterlands community engagement challenge. This will be my very first entry to this community engagement challenge.
After starting my splinterlands year on a quite positive note, I unfortunately fell off and remained very inactive. It was not until last week I made up my mind to re-active my account in hopes I can remain active in the upcoming year.
My battle details
I was not able to meet any of my targets for the year which is very disappointing. But I hope I can correct that in 2025. I was only able to add 61 sps to staked sps of 500. I staked this 500 sps when my friends convinced me to invest in the game. As it stands I have only 561.3 sps which is only $4.47.
Because my last battle was 7 months ago before this week, I cannot pick favorite battles because quite franky I have forgotten the battles I played. I have not been also able to add new cards to my playing deck. This is something I hope to change in the new year.
Splinterlands on Medium
The goal I put top of my list will be to increase my presence in the community. I will start by regularly publishing by entries to the weekly challenges and also interacting with other players here on hive, X, medium and on discord. The community has many benefits and I would like to learn from the experienced players.
In addition, I will try to find a guild that will accept me to be a part of their team. I have read and heard the benefits joining a guild can have. I want to join brawl battles, earn some sps and merits from brawls. I also want to be able to use the merits to purchase legendry cards. I have faced a few in battle and I usually end up on the losing side. I want to be able to match up to my opponent's who bring legendary cards by having legendary cards of my own.
I am going to aim to get more staked sps to benefit both me and the community. Staked sps will benefit me by making me get more glint tokens rewards and more sps rewards from battle wins. The glint tokens have their benefits too and the cards you can get by using them can help to grow my playing deck.
As some people may have already said by 2024 and the rest of us will be doing it in a few hours, I will just like to wish all of the splinterlands community good luck in 2025. Let's make the community great.
