This Tactic summoner Elias Max Pruitt is a very good summoner for the newcomer who wants to try and win the battle with the Sneak unit (attacking the enemy unit in the last position). Actually, I don't have it in my main account/scholar account but I rent it in my main account to see how good this summoner.
I only tried this summoner in Bronze League and it's fun using it, it have good win rate too.
Using Tactics Summoners in the Tactics Stage.
After we select the summoner and the unit we want to use I press the Battle button, then the screen will change like the upper picture, we get a timer in the upper for choose the Tactic Summoner in the Tactic Stage section, which locate in the middle right. we choose between 2 abilities this unit has:

This Tactic Summoners can only give to 1 unit. In this battle I decided to use Tactic Summoners 2 and give it to Dumacke Exilebecause it already has 2 armor combined with the summoner armor it becomes 3, so this unit's damage becomes 6 in total. You can see this battle here..
Buffs Strategies for maximizing advantages and minimizing threats.
This unit only has Buff, which adds the Armor and Speed of all friendly units. The Strategy I use is :
- Bring a good tanker like Pelacor Conjurer who is hard to hit cause have Flying ability (decreasing the unit hit by melee and ranging units by 25%).
- To minimize threats from the enemy unit who have Sneak ability we put the Pelacor Bandit at the last position. Pelacor Bandit has Flying ability like Pelacor Conjurer, and in the 2nd unit from the back, we put Dumacke Exile who has armor and a good speed of 5.
Counters: How to respond effectively to popular Tactics Summoners
This is my scholar account, you can see the battle here . This new summoner Nidhoggr is usually only used in high mana battles. I already saw it in the enemy's previous battle and predicted the enemy would use it, usually because the summoner already gives +2 buff speed and have debuff can only use 5 slot because of Force Reduction then the enemy I guess will use a highly damaged unit to maximize the effect of the Execute ability(if the enemy unit has 2 or less damage after the attack, the same unit will attack that enemy unit again), that's why we put Arkemis the Bear in the 1st position, this unit has Forcefield ability which can decrease the enemy damage if have 5 or more damage will only give 1 damage. To guard our unit against the enemy unit who have Sneak ability we put the highest speed unit we have Ash Mirage in the back.
Although our guess is not correct the enemy only bring 1 unit that has 6 damaged due to Enrage ability Djinn Chwala. but it was enough to give our tanker more time to stay alive, and our attacker behind safe from attack :
