Hey amigos ! Today I want to look on some new reward cards to check if they are underrated by splinterlands community.
PELACOR MERCENARY
LORE
Pelacor Descent 1 of 4 - On the distant floating continent known as Solaki, the sons of the sun have lived for hundreds of years since the great Splintering. For those who know of its existence in the Splinterlands, Solaki is also sometimes known as the sun splinter. Life in the Splinterlands has never been easy, as anyone living there can tell you, but it has been a picnic compared to the average life on the floating continent.
When the Splintering happened so many years ago, the continents were not simply divided and split. Many of the physical laws that govern reality were turned upside down. As the mana forces of the Planet overflowed that day, trees spontaneously burst into flames. Great schisms formed in the deepest and most solid ground. Mountains changed into volcanoes in an instant and whole bodies of water evaporated in a flash. In some areas, people and animals were simply vaporized as high impact mana clouds made their rounds above the surface.
COMPARISON
Both monsters have heal ability which is very powerfull especially for a tank with high hp
At his lvl one we dont get much for 7 mana 2 dmg 2 speed 1 armor 8 hp and flying that might not be usefull in battle but if we use him at lvl 6 we get a really decent card for 7 mana
We can compare him to very similar card - Flesh golem
Altough Pelacor costs one more mana he has one dmg more and flying ability
Flesh golem has also 10 HP where our Pelacor has only 9 but that one armor can take whole hit so in my opinion thats way better than just flat 10 hp without any armor
Now lets compare costs of 6 lvl Pelacor and lvl 3 Golem
One card of Flesh golem will cost us 25$ to get him at lvl 3 we would need 5 cards so for lvl 3 golem we would pay 125$
To get a Pelacor at lvl 6 with heal we need at least 100 cards but one card costs only 0.2 $ so we could get a 6 LVL pelcor for only 20$ thats 6 times less than Flesh Golem
Just last week Pelacor was around 0.10 $ per BCX so he already doubled his price and I am confident that he will continue to rise in price beacouse of how good he is for such low price so if you want to buy him I suggest to do it now before his price goes even higher.
Another example of underated cards from new Rewards

Dawn of the Djinn 2 of 4 - Once the fifth mana gate was unlocked, the Planet knew that Mount Praetorus in the Splinterlands must be protected. The sixth and final mana gate was now all that prevented the dreaded Chaos Legion from conquering the world. The Planet had some tricks up its sleeve and plenty of magic of its own, so it took action. Calling to each of the trapped Belludae souls throughout the world, the Planet extended them an offer of freedom. None of them refused the offer.
The Planet used its delicate but powerful forces to destroy each enchanted vessel that contained the trapped Belludae souls. Then as they were going free, the Planet ensnared each of them into a new type of confinement. They were each trapped by one of the magical elements, unable to change physical forms or leave the territory of their element. With each of the Belludae a deal was struck. They would henceforth be called Djinn, and their service would be complete once the Planet was free of destruction at the hands of the Chaos Legion.
DJINN RENOVA - Dawn of the Djinn 2 of 4
DJINN is an epic cards that presents very great statistics at only lvl 1
She has 2 magic dmg and 6 hp for 7 mana thats already great value but she also has a very usefull ability - STREANGTHEN which gives ALL ALLY MONSTERS 1 HEALTH
we can compare her to another life monster to see how good she really is
LUNAKARI MISTRESS is very simillar card to DJINN RENOVA she also has 2 magic dmg and 2 speed although LUNAKARI is 1 mana cheaper and has 1 more health her ablility (OPPRESS-does double dmg to enemy with no attacks) is way worse becouse we dont see a monsters with no attacks very often in battles.
On top of that Djinn costs only 1 $ where Lunakari costs around 5$ thats 5 times more
So as we can see DJINN is very useful card and cost way less then simillar life monsters.

Thank that means a lot to me <3
Great analysis, I've noticed a lot of similaritie between some of these new reward cards and the old Betas especially.
Pelacor certainly seems like he's worth levelling up.
But how does he compare higher up the levels, I think The Golem gets Void at some point which is huge!
Yes he does have void at level 7 but you need 105 BCX and that's worth around 1000$ when I checked the market and that's why i only compered them at low levels.
Thank you for that kind comment :)
Good lord $1000!
Mind you it is one of the best common cards, I haven't even checked what the new one has when it's levelled up, bit out of the loop as I only rent ATM.
Djinn Renova is an incredibly strong Monster to play on high-mana matches. The Life Splinter is always a strong one to play on those matches due all their high-mana, high-power cards (like the Shieldbreaker); the Djinn makes the whole Splinter even stronger.
