Wait, what?
Beatrix Ironhand is pretty awesome, don't get me wrong.
She has decent speed and the ability to attack in the first position. The only reason I shut away from using her in battle is the fact that ranged attacks can miss and have to deal with armor. That's why I usually stick to magic.
The Battle!
This ruleset was the perfect opportunity to use both ranged and magic attackers!
It took me about 1 minute to put this team together. I picked the Prismatic Energy as the tank to reflect the majority of damage back with the Centauri Mage second to reflect the damage of potential snipers. The Spirit Money is just another soldier, and I'm glad to have him adding more DPS. The Sporcerer and Seer are some of my favorite cards in the Earth Splinter (not only because they are mushrooms but) because of their debuff abilities. there's usually never enough mana to use them both together. The Sporcerer, reducing enemy armor, allows for me to pick a ranged attacker so of course I go for Beatrix Ironhand at the back to maximize her potential! If she's the last one left standing, she'll still be able to fight on the front line.

So... How was it?
It didn't come to Beatrix being my last hope but she still helped me win and it doesn't hurt to have insurance. Who did you think would win when you first saw the lineup? To be honest, I was hoping to see Beatrix in some more up close and personal combat.
It would have made for a more showy battle. I feel like I usually lose high mana Earth Splinter battles. I usually rely on winning low mana battles with my level 3 healing Flesh Golem. However, I had to take a completely different approach for this battle.
Thank you for coming to spectate the battle!
