Hey there Splinterbuddies. I hope you are all just fine and doing something great and fun! its time for Social Media Challenge again and I am sending my entry.
First, let's see what is going on with the general sale right now.
- More than 2.5 million Rebellion Booster packs were out to the open as of time of writing.
Moving on. Lets see the situation on the Secondary Markets for Rebellion Booster packs at this time around thru Tribaldex.
- The demand vs the supply got a bit big discrepancies this time around. Well its a 1.25 HIVE difference and the price is kinda stable here in Trading Market.
The conflict Airdrop for RAGE is finish and we are rallying for the 2nd one.
Got my copy! This ferocious looking card is a Magic dealer and the character image is to my liking.
LORE:
The ancient wyrm, Rage, has been the patriarch of his flight of red dragons for millenia. Long before the Splintering—long before even the Tai Kalayne —he claimed Mount Redwyrm as his own. Over the centuries, he has grown his brood and amassed a hoard of treasure to rival that of the wealthiest of kingdoms a hundred times over. He was content to admire his endless mounds of precious metals and gems while expanding his knowledge of this realm and all the other realms and planes of existence.
With defiance against the Chaos Empire mounting, Mantaroth, second in the Chaos Empire only to Silus of the Rift, offered the ancient red wyrm an alliance. In exchange for crushing any potential uprisings, Rage was promised riches untold—not just gold and baubles, but artworks, artifacts, and divine relics the likes of which the Splinterlands has never seen, amassed from countless conquered realms.
Now, Rage’s flight of red dragons glides over the forests, plains, and moors of the Broken Lands, laying waste to any who would forsake their loyalty to the empire—and demanding tithings in exchange for asylum, regardless of loyalties.
With a Flying and Void in its Level 1 and a High Magic damage, perfect for high mana battles when not restricted for rulesets of course. Well the higer Level it goes, the more of a monster it becomes. Really liking it.
- Here is my battle example for using the card RAGE.
The Ruleset:
Standard ruleset in 38 Mana Capacity. And I am Choosing Dragon Splinters of Course with the aid of Water Splinters.
My Team
Summoner | Position 1 | Position 2 | Position 3 | Position 4 | Position 5 | Position 6 |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Akane | Rage | Scavo H. | Daarg D. | Merdaali G. | Dhampir I. | Torrent F. |
Mana Cap: 5 | Mana Cap: 16 | Mana Cap: 3 | Mana Cap: 7 | Mana Cap: 3 | Mana Cap: 4 | Mana Cap: 0 |
Level 1 | Level 1 | Level 3 | Level 1 | Level 2 | Level 2 | Level 1 |
Akane as my summoner was use with the idea of Best Defense Is A Good Offense thing came into my mind. Giving Ambush ability to 2 of my monster's team will be really giving me a good sample of that idiom. RAGE as the front man possessing a very great health, defense and offense at the same time. But its really occupying a lot of mana spaces. Well, there is always to be a balance to things so that should be it for the RAGE card. Using the support cards Scavo Hireling and Merdaali Guardian to keep the RAGE in front to its healthy tanking duty, they will be very useful for the incoming fight to claim a victory. I believed so. :D. Adding Daarg Deadblast in between those two support cards, with its Magic Weapon Trainings ability, I got a two more Magic Dealers into my team. Another ability of Daarg Deadblast is Swiftness. There is no harm grabbing the first one to attack in the battle right? So that Swiftness of Daarg Deadblast is really useful specially to rage that got a 4 speed stats. Wew, and imagine it got a 4 Magic damage to boot. Ok the other cards at the back will be my cover for sneakers and i did some planning to attack behind of the opponents team in the form of Dhampir Infiltrator, got a bit low on the damage but got the double strike skill so it will still be helpful in my opinion. And finally, the one and only Torrent Fiend. Okay that should be it, the cards that formed my line up. Lets proceed with the battle
The Battle
The opponent also chose the same splinters combination. He chose dragon splinters combined with water monsters. Let's see what is the final outcome of the battle.Round 1
In just few attacks, The tank of the opponent moved out of the battle field. Rage card is bringing new taste in the game it seems.Round 2
Continuing to Round 2, Djinn O. still standing strong in the bombardment of my team. Well this guy is really one of the tough card here in splinterlands as i experienced it. With that speed, damage and health, Djinn O. is really great and one of my favorite in this game.
Round 5
And it is my win. The round ends here.
- RAGE card. woo. Really a killer. I really enjoyed using this card specially in rulesets that will not make Magic related things will be opted or gain disadvantages. I will recommend it in your collection if you are going to ask me.
