Shopping is always fun for me no matter whether it is real or virtual. It is an activity that I love to do every time I get the opportunity. So today I thought let's explore more about this in the splinterlands game. It's been a while and I didn't buy anything so I have accumulated many tokens. This token is known as glint and is a currency that can be used only in the shop where we can buy anything available.
This is a reward shop and I have more than 584K glint tokens. It is a good balance and it is increased because I did not use it in the last few seasons. So today is the time when I will be using these tokens to buy something and I will figure out what I am going to buy today.
Purchase History
I have done this shopping before but this time it's been a while since I did this last time. There is an option where we can check the purchase history and I only purchased for legendary epic and rare but never for the common. Now I got the hint that this time I should be buying common cards because in the games the importance of common cards is also there. It's final now that I am going to buy common cards today and let's see what I get out of this now we also have rebellion reward cards in the shop which is the latest card edition in the game.
Buying Common Draws
I am going to buy 400 cards today with alchemy potions. There is the alert message that if I buy more than 100 items at once then it will take excessive time to open. I think it's fine because I can do that even if it takes time so I will continue to proceed with 400 common cards and for this, I need to pay 60,000 glint tokens. I am expecting that out of 400 cards, there will be some good cards with gold foil also. Common cards are cheap in the game but with higher levels, even these cards can be a good addition to the game and this is why I don't think the importance of common cards is less in the game. My purchase is done for 400 common cards and token balances are also deducted from the main balance.
The purchase is successful and I have also opened all the cards that took a few minutes to open. These are 400 cards so it is not possible for me to share all the cards here through snapshots. I have taken random snapshots of the cards that I have got and also I have got a few gold cards. I know that all these cards are common because same cards I purchased but the only possibility is to get more gold cards and I got some so happy with the outcome I have received.
It is always good to buy more cards and open them and it is a fun activity to do. I have not been much active with the shopping but I will try to see if I can be more frequent and continue to buy stuff in the reward shop which is my virtual shopping of assets in the game.
So my shopping for the day is done and my balance is updated and reduced also. I had 584K tokens before and now I am left with 525K. I spent 60,000 tokens today on my shopping but that's not all because I will be doing even more and hopefully I'll be trying to get this done within this season. Every season restocking is done and if possible I will try to buy more cards within the same season because I have a good balance of tokens that should be consumed and there is no point keeping those tokens in the game account. I am not planning to buy anything big south it is better to buy more cards and level up for a better gaming experience.
