Renting is a great strategy but I recommend using peakmonsters instead to rent, it's MUCH BETTER.... it allows you to set your rental amount by percent or by lowest, NB you can also see the lowest rentals, frequently someone will list something for MUCH lower than the average, with PM you can avoid listing under them, and list under the next sensible price, which can sometimes be three times higher than the current lowest...
