Hi splinter farm,
I hope the splinter verse( as I love to call it) is treating you fine in this new season. Last season as I said in my social media post was the best that I have her had and I wish it can continue like this into this new season.
I had over 170k glint which has never happened to me before for the end of the season. I don’t feel like spending it yet as I spend less time on spl everyday. Doing my normal buying of chests with glint won’t take more a long time but then I just don’t feel like using it on chests just yet.
So today I’ll be talking about custom challenges on spl. This reminds me of the time that I challenged moremoney to a challenge on spl. He was bragging at how good he has become in the game and what he’ll do to me if we played. I knew well enough that I have an account with max cards lying down somewhere and him facing me with low level cards was going to be devastating for him.
Yet again, he had not been playing for that long so he was just making noise that he could beat me. I set him up nicely and challenge him to a custom challenge which he gladly accepted. So I sent the challenge his way but for some reason he didn’t accept it. I wanted to beat him up so badly lol.
So yh, am sure some people might not have heard about custom challenges and how one can set it up. It’s no big deal as it’s as easy as ABC to set up.
On the home page of spl click on the challenge tab at the top right corner. You can find it below your sps balance tab. A pop up appears for you to see a few parameters before you send the challenge out to your opponent.
Quickly fill in the username of the player you want to face. You can decide on the card types that you want to be used in the game. You can choose gold cards, alpha cards, gladiator cards, modern cards, ghost cards or modern cards. If you want everything to be neutral and no one to have an advantage you should definitely go for ghost cards as you’ll all be presented with the same type of cards with equal level as well.
Next, you can also decide on the summer level caps. You can decide if you want them to be low cap which is the novice league all the way up to expert.
That’s all you need to know about setting a custom challenge up.
Custom challenges are good not just to have bragging rights over your opponents but then you can also use this opportunity to learn one or two tricks as this doesn’t involve loosing or winning sps and glint. You can decide to use this mode to pick up new tricks as many times as you want.
