DEC or Dark Energy Crystals is what you earn by winning matches. It is the official in-game currency you can use to buy different items that will help you reach your highest potential.
Basically, the DEC reward increases as your MMR increase. Moving up to the next league gives you a great amount of DEC in every win.
However, there is one thing you need to consider when playing and that is your ECR or the Energy Capture Rate. It plays a big role in how much you can earn on each win. In a nutshell, as your ECR reduces in every ranked battle it also reduces the amount of DEC you get depending on your current ECR but regenerates over time by almost 1% in an hour. So it is advisable not to abuse it by playing until you get 0% ECR but spend it wisely.
Other than the ECR, there are 4 other bonuses that affect your DEC reward when winning a ranked battle.
Win streak - Gives you a 5% additional bonus per win.
Gold Cards - adds a 10% bonus per gold card used in battle.
Alpha/Promo Cards - Alpha or Promo edition gives a 10% bonus per card.
Guilds - 1% bonus on low-level guilds and it increases when leveling up.
