Hello, everyone on this noble platform and the Hive ecosystem at large. I am very excited to write and share this wonderful article with you all, and I hope you guys will enjoy reading it as well. Today, I am writing this post as part of the Splinterladns Social Media Challenge, and it is an exciting one that I think you all will love.
In my Splinterlands Social Media post last week, I shared how I won a battle using my rental cards. Today, I will share how I opened my first Chaos Legion Packs, which I got from buying the Spellbook. After playing several battles and advancing to the bronze league, I understand that it is not as easy as it was when I used to play on the wood stage.
Firstly, on the main page, you click on the OPEN feature icon as shown in the screenshot above. You then navigate to the Chaos Legion Pack as you can explore other packs available there as well.
As shown from the above screenshot, I have X5 available Chaos Legion Packs which I can open and lot from. Other packs that one can purchase and open include the following; Rebellion Pack, Nightmare Pack, Riftwatchers Pack, Gladius Case, AZMARE Dice, Untamed Pack, Essence Orb, Beta Pack, and Alpha Pack.
To open my pack, I will click on the Open Multiple button beside the Chaos Pack and enter 5 to input all my available Packs.
Once I confirmed the transaction, the opening of the Packs started with a weird sound in the background indicating a generation of cards or charming of cards lol.
Next, we have our cards generated and what is left is revealing those unknown cards for now. I tried hovering my mouse pointer over all the cards and I saw this shiny one which I am hoping is a good card haha.
I never hesitated to open that shiny card to see what it entails but instead, I rather took my time and opened them one by one and also skipped that shiny one when I got there lol, so I can open that as my last card.
I finally got to this shiny card and it was time for me to open it, and guess what I got, a Legendary Death Magic Card and level 1 of course called Djinn Muirat. At least it wasn't a bad card and I am happy to have gotten that from the game at this early stage of my gameplay.
