I still find the Living Lava useful as a Tank (especially for Battles with the Reverse Speed and/or Lost Magic Rule) for the Fire Splinter. 🤓 For Battles with low Mana Cap or the Little League Rule, I find Antoid Platoon useful as a mini tank. 😏 !LOLZ

Those are my choices too. Other tanks need a taunt for sure.

The Rare Life Monster Shieldbearer which has the Taunt Ability at Level 1 gets the Shield Ability at Level 5. 🤓 That Monster combined with the Legendary Life Summoner Grandmaster Rathe as well as the Support Monsters Armorsmith and Scavo Hireling makes an incredible defense for your Life Splinter team's damage dealers. 😏 !LOLZ

Don't forget to consider the Crystal Werewolf which has the Silence Ability that will reduce the Magic Attack of all opponent Monsters by 1. 🤓 The Life Splinter does seem to be the Splinter with the highest survivability rate (next to Water and Earth). 😏 !PIZZA
