Yes as the number of licences increases, if SPS is with fixed price, the apr decreases ...but licences are priced in SPS so its hard for the number of licences to increase without pushing the sps price... its sort of self balancing mechanism
What aretehy paying now i sold mine at a bit above a thousand a bt ago
