New rewards cards and some value cards defeat a more expensive team
In continuation of talking about the great new rewards cards that are also priced really well I post a battle where I used Twilight Basilisk and Naga Assassin to defeat a classic team that costs more than double.
See the battle here: New Rewards cards vs. strong classic team.
Classic Team:
Monster | Level | Current Cost |
---|---|---|
Xander Foxwood | Level 4 | $460 |
Flesh Golem | Level 5 Gold | $740 |
Centauri Mage | Level 4 | $97 |
Wood Nymph | Level 4 Gold | $79 |
Mushroom Seer | Level 5 Gold | $420 |
Spirit of the Forest | Level 1 | $245 |
Javelin Thrower | Level 4 | $59 |
Total | $2,100 |
New Rewards Team:
Monster | Level | Current Cost |
---|---|---|
CAMILA SUNGAZER | Level 3 | $533 |
ROBO-DRAGON KNIGHT | Level 3 | $199 |
TWILIGHT BASILISK | Level 6 | $16 |
NAGA FIRE WIZARD | Level 5 | $61 |
ANT MINERS | Level 4 | $13 |
PYROMANCER | Level 5 | $160 |
NAGA ASSASSIN | Level 6 | $27 |
Total | $1,009 |
And while they did quite a bit of work here the two new rewards cards only cost $43 out of $1,009
Robo-Dragon Knight at level 3 is a great tank and costs only $199 compared to level 4 Flesh Golem at $740!
Another great alternative to Flesh Golem is another great new rewards card PELACOR MERCENARY which costs $28 for level 8
Great cards, i hope to win some luck in quest chest openings
Excellent article, love learning every bit I can about Splinterlands because I'm at bronze 3 and get beat all the time. My 8 yr. old son who never played the game seems to know what all the cards mean and how to pick and place them, so I let him play allot of my battles (teamwork) LOL!
