First steps
This is the initial sketch, the tail was inspired by gold fish that have a beautiful big and flashy tail, also the idea of the hair was to give it the effect of hair under water

During the creation of the final lineart, I was modifying several things such as the size of this trident

Hair to this part wanted to spend even more time and calm
El cabello a esta parte quería dedicarle aún más tiempo y calma
I made very subtle shadows, I also blurred parts of the lineart
Hice sombras muy sutiles, también difuminé partes del lineart
I made a kind of filter using a new layer and lowering the opacity, so it gives the feeling of being underwater
Hice una especie de filtro usando una nueva capa y bajando la opacidad, así da la sensación de estar bajo el agua
I love how these bubbles look, I think that the little details make the difference and this is one of them
