So I have been using the 3rd website that we find listed on the Market place in the main game and let me tell you it's worth it 100% because of the return rate of 3.25% back in DEC after you make your purchase. It is amazing I'm buying cards at .08 cents and getting back some good dec which will give me a free card. Of course the bigger I buy the more DEC i'll end up getting back but that percentage is crazy good.
