I always rent level 6 summoners (max for Gold). The monsters need not be maxed since the difference is usually just 1 HP or 1 Armor.
I am not sure about the tag. There's a regular post compiling UK users and I noticed some of them have their location as unknown so probably not from here but used the tag. No harm in trying. 😉
