SHIELD won its first Tier 3 brawl ever! GUARDIANS also won their Tier 2 brawl, and AEGIS came in a solid third in a tough group. What a long way we've come in such a short time 💪
SHIELD OF GLORY
After a number of solid performance in Tier 3, SHIELD finally won its first ever Tier 3 brawl! The guild went 97-37 (a 72% winrate 💪) and scored a total of 291 points. Without a doubt, this was our best performance since joining Tier 3.
Not only that, the win came with a much needed haul of 126 👑 crowns, our biggest brawl reward on record. Each participating member also received 7,000 🏅 merits. With the crowns, we upgraded the barracks to unlock UNLEASH II, allowing SHIELD members to play silver level Gladius cards in brawl battles now 🎉
Of all the top performers, @jayemm3 (7-0) turned the most perfect performance possible, sweeping Fray 8 (Gold Summoner Level - Regular Foil - Wild). Congrats to jayemm on another great brawl! He's been a solid performer ever since joining, and we're excited to see his continued success in the Tier 3 arena.
Other top performers included our newest guild member @nizzyz (7-1) in Fray 4 (Silver Summoner Level - Regular Foil - Wild), guild leader @zagorlord (6-1) in Fray 15 (Silver Summoner Level - Gold Foil - Wild), @ducecrypto (6-1) in Fray 16 (Silver Summoner Level - Gold Foil - Modern) and @vugtis (6-1) in Fray 17 (Gold Summoner Level - Gold Foil - Wild).
In a fun and especially informative brawl battle, @ducecrypto showed us that WHEN A GLADIUS CARD IS RESURRECTED, IT IS RESURRECTED WITH ITS BLOODLUSTED STATS, NOT ITS ORIGINAL STATS 🤯
Watch the battle here where duce's Gold Foil Isgald Vorst bloodlusts once, before then being killed and resurrected by River Hellondale. When Vorst is resurrected, it MAINTAINS ITS INCREASED ARMOR AND MELEE and, assumedly, its increased health as well. It is unclear if this is an attribute of all monsters with bloodlust (for example, Grum Flameblade or Jared Scar) or if it is an ability that is specific to Gladius monsters.

In another great match, Shield of Glory member @champion-slayer came out swinging with some quick kills in a kitty-fueled rage of ranged attacks. Ultimately, champion's Life Gladius Captain Katie dealt the final death blow to @brikanok's Water Glaidus Isglad Vorst. You can watch the full battle here.
GUARDIANS OF GLORY
Not to be outdone, GUARDIANS also won their brawl in Tier 2. The GUARDIANS crew went 88-31 (a 74% winrate!), scoring a total of 264 points. Their first place finish came with a impressive haul of 69 👑 crowns, and each participating member recived 3,450 🏅 merits. Yet another first place finish for up and coming top-tier guild 🎉
Both @firemonster (6-0) and @sketchygamerguy (6-0) took it to the next level, sweeping Fray 11 (Gold Summoner Level - Regular Foil - Wild) and Fray 13 (Bronze Summoner Level - Gold Foil - Wild), respectively. Congrats to both on a incredible brawl 💪
Other top performers included @queen-silvia (8-1) in Fray 3 (Bronze Summoner Level - Regular Foil - Wild), @white-walker-13 (8-1) in Fray 2 (Novice Summoner Level - Regular Foil - Chaos Legion), @bandano (8-1) in Fray 8 (Silver Summoner Level - Regular Foil - Wild) and @good-game (7-2) in Fray 1 (Novice Summoner Level - Regular Foil - Wild).
AEGIS OF GLORY
Last but not least, AEGIS turned in a solid performance in a tough brawl bracket this cycle. The guild took the #3 spot with a record of 55-44 (a 55% winrate), scoring a total of 165 points. This solid performance came with an equally solid haul of 42 👑 crowns, and each participating member recived 2,363 🏅 merits.
No doubt, the best performers in AEGIS this cycle were @khangthecat (8-1) in Fray 1 (Novice Summoner Level - Regular Foil - Wild) and @siriusback (7-1) in Fray 4 (Bronze Summoner Level - Regular Foil - Wild).
Other top performers from AEGIS included @siriusbl4ck (5-2) in Fray 14 (Bronze Summoner Level - Gold Foil - Modern), @bluhat (5-3) in Fray 5 (Bronze Summoner Level - Regular Foil - Chaos Legion) and @bennettitalia (4-2) in Fray 9 (Silver Summoner Level - Regular Foil - Chaos Legion).
CONCLUSION
