Splinterlands Social Media Challenge

Hello everyone. Today I will be writing about the splinterlands social media challenge. Last week I wrote the engagement challenge.

Today I will once again be writing about one of my battles. Today it’ll be about a brawl match. I’ve not been active on normal battles but I’ve been participating in brawls actively. So today I will write about one of my brawl games.

In this particular brawl our guild members didn’t participate in a lot so our position was not good. But we can still say that we had a decent position as well.

Infact we were 6th in this brawl, this is the worst I have seen our gulf perform ever since I joined it and it’s all due to the fact that some people didn’t fill in their designated frays.

For my first two battles of this brawl I lost the first two but I was able to win the third match so that is what I will be concentrating on today. In this brawl match the game mana was 26.

There was only one element available which was the death element. I chose the thaddius brood summoner. I am fortunate to have this summoner at level four as well. After the summoner choice I want for cursed windeku, gargoya lion, xenith monk and riftwing.

My opponent selected octavia shadow meld as his summoner and then the cards nightmare, phantasm, furious chicken, riftwing, battering ram.

You’d notice that all the cards are gold right? It’s because it’s a gold fray. Which means I am allowed to use only gold cards.

In the first round I almost killed his nightmare but I couldn’t because it has enough health. The battle went on for a while in round 2 but u managed to kill his nightmare in round 2.

In round 2 no card was killed up until round 4 where his phantasm died due to my cards thorn effect killing it. It was the same as I killed his next card that came in first position in round 4 as well.

The game went on till round 9 till I finished him off. His last card didn’t attack but it had the dodge ability so it wasn’t easy to kill it.
