Well, at least this is going to be my last post about Splinterlands because I don't even know A in art and this challenge will come next year. By the way, in this week's Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge we have to answer some exciting questions related to this whole year spent on Splinterlands. This challenge is special for me on a different level because this year I started my journey on Splinterlands, so let's start by going back in time and living this year from the beginning in fast forward.😎
This week's Challenge Theme: Share Your Most Epic Battle and Splinterlands Goals!
Q1. What was your most memorable battle from the last year? Was it a close call or a dominating victory?
Answer: I spend a lot of time on Splinterlands almost every day and share the most epic battles from the many battles I win every week and since this is my first year here, there have been dozens of battles from which I have learned something or the other and made myself even better in this game. So calling only one of those battles the most epic would be unfair to many others. But since you have asked about one, I would like to tell you about a great battle from recent times.
Although I have already made a blog on this battle, and it was a dominating victory to a large extent, but initially it was difficult to guess this by looking at the battlefield, but then the pressure created by the excellent Trample ability along with the melee attackers was worth watching.
Q2. What strategies or card combinations worked well for you?
I really like the Trample ability; it works best with the Stampede ruleset, but I also find it useful in fights without a ruleset with melee attackers. The Bloodlust ability also performs well with melee attackers. I usually put melee attackers with good health and shields in first and second positions, and it's fun if these attackers have thorns, double strikes, or the Bloodlust ability.
Q3. What are your goals for the new year? Are you looking to improve your gameplay, expand your card collection, or connect with other players?
Ans: I have progressed very slowly in this game so far and I am still stuck in the bronze league, so first of all I want to reach the silver league at the beginning of the coming year and then after that, I have to participate in tournaments as well. Whatever the result will be, I want to play tournaments and definitely, with practice and better cards I will be able to win tournaments as well but for that, I will need a better card collection and will have to work on new strategies, which I have started this year by buying 1 new card and all this will continue next year as well. Apart from all this, from the coming year, I have also set a target to increase my SPS stake of 3000 to more than 10000+
Q4. How do you plan to achieve your goals? Will you be focusing on specific card combinations, practicing new strategies, or participating in tournaments?
Ans: To achieve my goals, I will first have to spend more time getting better at the game. Some of the cards and combinations that I have liked the most so far will definitely have a place in my strategies, but apart from that I will also have to work on understanding and mastering new card combinations and abilities. And as I mentioned in the answer to the above question, from next year I will also start participating in tournaments which will be no less than a school in itself because the real test of any strategy and card combination can happen only in the open field of battle.
