Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge: Trample and its partner for life!

Add a heading (4).png

This week's Community Engagement Challenge is about a detailed guide on the effective use of specific cards or combinations in Battlefield and it is really a good topic for me as I have explored a lot of new things in this game recently and my winning rate also has improved a lot. ✌️

Besides knowing all the rule sets and abilities, having a good understanding of cards and combinations is the key to creating a good strategy in this game. I realized this recently because before that I was taking the initial battles as free hits to understand the basics. Now that I'm one step ahead of calling myself new to this game, it's time to get deeper into it. ;)

So my favourite strategy builds in a few steps in which the main ingredient is Trample Ability which if a summoner has it then it will be the best scenario.

The Trample ability requires melee attackers. Every time a monster with the Trample ability knocks out an enemy with a melee attack, it performs another similar attack on the next card in the enemy camp. Now imagine that your team has a monster with good health, shields and a big melee attack type that also has the Trample ability. Every time that monster kills a card from the enemy team, It will inflict another equally big attack on the enemy's next monster. Although there will definitely be some ways to circumvent this strategy, the combination of the Trample ability with the melee attack type can give you a significant edge in battle.

But now imagine what it would be like if every single card you have on the battlefield had this Trample ability. 😎

For that you will need a summoner who has this ability. The summoner I have been using for the last few days is 'Possibilus the Wise'.

I have already told you in detail about the Trample ability. The second main thing of my strategy and Trample's partner for life is the Melee attack type. Now let's talk about the third main thing that can multiply the power of this combination of Trample and Melee. I am talking about the summoner Possibilus the Wise. This is literally the perfect summoner for this combination I would say, as it not only gives all your cards the Trample Ability, but it also gives each of your cards +2 Health and the Reach Ability. ❤️Health, as we all know, is a very important thing and having good health is vital on the battlefield because your cards will only be able to attack if they are alive. And with the Reach Ability melee attackers would also perform attacks from the second position, which eventually will help you make an even better strategy.

Now, let me take you to a battle where I used all of these in a medium mana cap.

This battle is fought by selecting the same summoner Possibilus the Wise having +2 health, Trample, and Reach ability. If you notice here, I have made a team of melee attackers only and in that too my effort was that my attackers should have maximum melee attack capability and everyone should be capable of attacking from their respective positions. These stats are after the team got powers from Sammoner's.

Round #2🔥

Here you will see a great explosion of Trample ability. First, my second-position monster 'Pallus' knocks out the enemy's first-position monster in one hit,

and then makes another attack with the Trample ability on the enemy's second-position monster.

In a way, this ability makes your cards capable of double strike, obviously with some conditions like this will work only when the card with the Trample ability knocks out the enemy with a melee attack.

In the same Round🔥

And here just after that, first, my first position 'Giant Alpine Skink' card hit and knocks out the enemy's first position card,

and then makes another attack with the Trample ability on the enemy's forward card and kills both.

One more important thing you should know about this ability.

Here you see my third and last-position monster knocking out the enemy's last-position monster. So according to the Trample Ability, should my monster here also make another attack on the enemy?

Well, No because Trample only works forward and not backward. If a monster with Trample kills the last monster, it will not activate to hit the previous one.

This is my detailed card strategy guide using specific combinations. I hope you enjoyed my blog and learn something good!😎

Absolutely.
I really love the Stampede ruleset. Whenever I see this ruleset, I will use Diemonshark in the battle. In some battle, I could kill all the enemies in 1 round with this combination

I didn't forget it bro, I just haven't used this combination with the Stampede, and then I thought let people explore other benefits of this combination. I wanted to write only as much as I have tried it myself. :)

Bhai, try kar ke aap battle link zaroor bhejo, dekhne mein mazaa aata hain. ✨✨✨

Bilkul, ye rulset aane do main is combination ka use jarur karunga phir dekhenge ye kitna bada impact daalta hai.🤟🏼
