In this week's 🌟Splinterlands Social Media Challenge🌟, I will tell you about a strategy which can be easily used even with low mana battles to put huge pressure on the enemy and in most cases, it also makes you win.
And I assure you that you will not only enjoy it thoroughly but will also use it because it is really very easy and useful!😎
The total mana cap for this battle was just 21, including the summoner's mana cost as we all know and the ruleset for this battle is Standard: No change to standard gameplay rules or mechanics!
My lineup for this amazing battle!
I created my team by using 21 of my total mana cap!
I chose Kelya Frendul a water summoner by spending 4 mana because he provides +1 Armor and +1 Speed to all friendly units. I agree that the cap is low, which means that your enemy can also access only limited cards. I am not talking about a very strong enemy here, but if your enemy is equal to you or a little less or more strong than you, then you will be able to easily put pressure on him through this strategy. According to this strategy, you need as many attack type cards as possible in your team. I believe the cap was low so I focused on choosing only melee and magic attack type cards. Make sure your attack cards not only have good attack power but also have strong health and both of my attackers have this quality. After choosing the summoner and attack cards, I still had one mana cap left so I used it to add a Chaos Agent and placed it at the forefront of the battlefield. Why? So that it can protect my main attackers from the enemy's initial attacks.
Let's now look at Battlefield and how I positioned my cards!
Looking at the cards on the battlefield, this may seem like a one-sided battle, but it is not so because the enemy's cards are also very good and if we look at the attacking capability, then the enemy has twice as many attackers, but one important area where the enemy remained weak is SPEED.
Now let's see what happens when the battle starts!
🔥Round 1
However, before this attack of the enemy, both my cards had already performed the attack on the enemy due to their high speed and then when the enemy attacked, my Chaos Agent came in handy; for this purpose, I had placed it in the front row.
🔥Round 2
Did you see? This is the advantage of having more speed. The first point is that your cards have good attacking ability and the second point is that they have good speed. When both these abilities work together, you become superior on the battlefield and you get the chance to attack first in every round. And here, since the enemy already had very little health left, he got knocked out by the attacks of both my cards at the start of the second round.
🔥Round 3
Here once again both my attackers built pressure on the enemy at the beginning of the third round and one more card of the enemy was out of the game. Watching the way the enemy attacked my cards in the remaining parts of the first and second rounds, you will understand why with this strategy I focused on quality over quantity and chose cards with higher health.
🔥Round 4
How many people have understood that I have already won this battle? Generally, if the enemy has even a single card in the battlefield, this is not said, but here, despite the enemy having 2 cards, he has completely lost the battle because both of his cards are range attackers which cannot perform attacks from the front row in normal conditions.
So this is also a lesson to avoid ranged attackers in low mana bottles and if you have to use them then use those with Close Range Ability who do not stop fighting even when they are in the front row in the worst conditions.
Also high speed isn't everything, but if combined with the right ability and attack type it can be very useful.
