Namaste to all the Warriors of Splinterlands!🙏
In this week's 🌟Splinterlands Social Media Challenge🌟 I will be showing you a battle with Fire Summoner Tarsa based on a completely different strategy where the ruleset also played an important role in the team selection.
And I assure you will not only enjoy it but also learn something good!😎
The total mana cap for this battle was 42, including the summoner's mana cost as we all know and the ruleset for this battle is Odd Ones Out: You can only summon units with odd mana cost!
My lineup for this amazing battle!
I created my team by using all 42 of my mana caps.
Now I will take you to the battlefield!
As you can see my enemy has built his team with Water Summoner and I have built my team with Fire Summoner Tarsa. Since the ruleset is to build a team by choosing from cards with odd mana cost, I took a different approach than my regular strategy and placed a melee attacker with good health and attacking power in the first position and right after that I placed a range attack card with close range ability for the first time and also placed a card with ambush ability and a card with repair ability in the team.
Now let's see what happens on the battlefield!
🔥Round 1
I have noticed many times that it is not safe for any of your important cards to be placed in the last position because generally the cards in the first and last position receive the most attacks. This is the reason why I did not position my card with repair ability in the last position because it will only be able to repair the rest of its team members when it is safe. But my enemy did the opposite and that is why the enemy's card with repair ability got knocked out in the initial attacks of the first round.
🔥Round 2
During the rest of the first round, I noticed that neither the enemy had enough attackers nor they positioned properly and thus, in the first attack of the second round, another card of the enemy camp was killed without any major damage to my team.
🔥Round 2 (right after that)
Here on one side, one after the other, enemy's third and important card Healer also said goodbye to the team and on the other side my Repair card successfully repaired my important card for the third time and made it better than before.
🔥Round 3
And in the third round, the enemy's last important card was also knocked out. It is important because not only was its attacking power good but its Demoralize Ability also puts it in the category of better cards. And now in this battle, my enemy has only 2 cards left, one of which will now come in the first position, and will not be able to attack because it is a range attack card and range attackers cannot attack from the first position without close range ability. And on the other hand I have my whole team alive and healthy.
So yes, now you can say that I have won this battle, the main reason for which is not only my selection of cards but also their lineup because due to that I was able to use every card I chose very well in the battlefield. I hope through this battle you will understand the importance of the lineup of cards apart from their selection.

I have read this article and trying figure out how the cards are placed with different abilities and there are so many abilities that are not easy to learn. I have still not started battles because I don't know the best practices to follow and still in learning curve. You're playing well. How did you learn?
