Greetings everyone and blessed International Woman's Day to all the amazing woman in the hive community. The latest brawl which my guild PIZZA 2 participated in had ended approximately a couple of hours ago and it is time again to look at how our guild did for this brawl on all aspects such as a guild, individually how each of the brawl matches went for me and the thoughts and decisions made behind how I put up each of my lineup to face my opponent based on the rulesets. Today's brawl report will be a little weird as it will only contain 2 actual matches due to massive fleeing.
Since the start of Rebellion introduction, I have now changed my Brawl Fray to Fray 4 for my guild which is the fray that uses only Chaos Legion, Riftwatchers and Rebellion Cards. This is very beneficial for me because now that I only play in modern for my daily ranked battles, competing brawl in this format will be just like playing a normal rank battle. By participating in this modern fray, I will be exposed to more rulesets to refine my playing in daily rank matches. I have gotten more cards from the last end of season, hopefully there are opportunities for me to use them. Let's get right on to the battles of the brawl.

| Selection: | Four's A Crowd, Lost Magic and Tis but Scratches. When I saw this set of rulesets, the thing that came through my mind was that I should be maximising all kinds of crazy double attacks in my lineup and get maximum value from there. Other that Halfling Refugee, everything that I gathered and put up in the lineup all had double attacks in one form of another and they should go rampage on my opponent with an easy win. |
| Outcome: | Lose. I was so wrong in my assessment. While I thought I had all I need in terms of the attackers I need, I was totally undone by the strategy that my opponent used on me. Instead of doing it the same way as me, my opponent used two huge cards that had so much health and also a matyr at the back to bait my attack as they decimate my lineup using this 2 big cards. And when they grew, I knew I had no chance to fight back. Good one from my opponent. |

| Selection: | Born Again and Scattershot. Born again is a sign for maximizing the amount of Gladius cards hence I picked a Gladius summoner to get 2 on the field. Quora and Katrelba were selected along with 2 other double hitters Grund and also Carnage Titan. I added a Thane Newsong to boost all the melee attack to ensure when the hit lands, it hit hard. |
| Outcome: | Lose. Yet another loss clocked. A plan than I thought would have give me a good chance of winning landed me a loss instead. The timing of blood lust growth and also the resurrection were important. Opponent also had Arkemis to give a better armour support. Not a good fight for me. |
Guild Final Tally
I was assigned 5 matches for this brawl and won 3 out of 5 of them. 3 fleeing opponent and an additional 4 wins due to unfilled frays from opponent guild. A horrible performance for me though end state the result is good. This is because matches that I was truly competing in, I lost them. Plans that were thought to be good in securing wins end up thwarted and clocking losses instead. Loads of reflections to be done against what I think can work in the matches.
We continued and maintain at position for this brawl. Not that good in terms of result as I know we are much more capable than this. In this brawl the guild only able to gather only 33 win which is much lower than usual. Many of us clocked bigger losses during this brawl and for sure we need to look into the matches and work to become better. Go PIZZA 2!
