Surveying Process and Starter Packs for Praetoria Land😎

Exploration and Surveying:

Players with PARCEL, TRACT, or REGION tokens will exchange them for Non-Surveying Title Deed NFTs.
Redeeming these NFTs through the Surveying process will convert them into Surveying Title Deeds, revealing details such as Terrain Type, Rarity, and Resource Type.
Expected by Q1 2023, Surveying will allow landowners to discover unique attributes for each piece of land, with visual and production updates.

Attributes Revealed During Surveying

Terrain Type:

Each parcel falls into one of 14 terrain types (e.g. Badlands, Desert, Jungle, etc.), affecting worker productivity and determining potential resources.
Each region has one dominant terrain type, but includes multiple terrains, keeping diversity balanced across the 150,000 player-owned plots.

Rarity:

Plots can be common, rare, epic, or legendary.
Higher rarities produce more resources and increase the productivity of worker cards.

Resource Type:

Plots are classified as natural, magical, or occupied.
Magical and occupied plots will receive bonuses in future phases of the game.

Special Buildings: Castles and Fortresses:

Within each plot, one plot contains a castle and nine contain fortresses.
These pre-built buildings act as centers of trade and magic, and their owners can collect taxes from regional production.

When surveying 100 parcels in one transaction, the following table illustrates the guarantees:

Starter Packs for Land Title Surveying

When surveying a land title, players may purchase up to three starter packs to increase production, costing 10,000 DEC or DEC-B tokens per pack. Packs are only available for 60 days after the survey is published.

Building in a Box:

Grants immediate start of construction of a level 1 building on a plot of land with no additional DEC or resources.
Includes a power source (usable in phase 1.5).
Tied to the acquired property deed and non-transferable.

Time Vault:

Offers 150 Time Crystals and 15,000 Grain Tokens:
Time Crystals reduce Production Points by 10,000 each, helping to complete the project faster.
Grain Tokens are essential for maintaining worker cards in phase 1.5.
Transferable tokens, allowing trading on the market.

Unstable Totem:

A temporary totem doubles production for 30 days in phase 2.
Provides a strong boost to production during the initial period of resource shortage.
Bound to writing and non-transferable.
