If you have the CP for Silver, i would encourage you to do some cheap renting filling the gaps in your decks, that costs less than the benefits you gain imho.
Sometimes I indeed rent some cards, and I currently also have some card delegations. Enjoy the game. Good luck and have fun. All the best.
