What it does?

These are the Collection Power requirements to play at the 3 Diamond League levels.

The exclusive purpose of Collection Power is to limit the maximum League of ranked play based on the extent of their card collection.
The purposes of this feature are to encourage players to grow their collections proportionally to their skill and as they advance in Leagues, but also to limit the potential for highly skilled players with small collections to earn the same top-tier rewards as players with decks that cost them thousands of dollars.

How it is determined?

Each card has a Dark Energy Crystal burn value, which is the amount of DEC that is awarded when that card is permanently burned from the supply. This burn value is determined by several variables, listed below.
Rarity - The more rare the card, the higher its DEC burn value.
BCX - The more single cards that have been combined into one, the higher the DEC burn value.
Foil - Gold Foil cards have a higher DEC burn value than Regular Foil.
Set - Older and rarer editions of cards have higher DEC burn values.

The total combined burn value of all cards in a player's control represents that player's Collection Power.
