Ensalada mixta, con tortilla de papaºººººMixed salad, with potato omelette

Hola a todos, a veces el calor se pone un poco sofocante, entonces mi idea para preparar el almuerzo, es combinar comida caliente con ensalada, en este caso prepare tortilla de papa, con una ensalada mixta, la cual contiene arroz frio, tomate, cebolla morada, ajo, arveja de lata y sal a gusto, la verdad muy sabrosa, la misma es para acompañar dicha tortilla de papa.

Para preparar dicha tortilla en un volts batos los huevos a utilizar, al cual le agrego sal, pimienta a gusto y lo mesclo todo muy bien.

Luego referente a la papa la cual una ves pelada, la corto en daditos pequeños, la pongo a freir en la sarten, cuando la misma esta cocinada, las voy quitando de la misma, preparando todo para el siguiente paso para esta comida.

Luego de tener toda la papa ya cocinada, coloco en la sarte un poco de aceite, las papas que frei y luego voy agregando el huevo batido que ya lo tengo preparado y mesclado, dandole la forma de una tortilla, cuando noto que la misma se cocino de un lado, topo una tapa de olla y la doy vuelta para que se cocine del otro lado, en la misma sarten.

Cuando dicha torilla se termina de cocinar, luego de unos minutos queda como se ve en esta fotografia, la verdad amigos, para acompañarla con la ensalada de arroz, tomate,cebolla. arveja, sal y pimienta a gusto, todo salio exquisito.

Then concerning the potato which once peeled, I cut it into small cubes, I put it to fry in the pan, when it is cooked, I remove it from the pan, preparing everything for the next step for this meal.

After having all the potato already cooked, I put in the pan a little oil, the potatoes that I fried and then I add the beaten egg that I have already prepared and mixed, giving it the shape of an omelet, when I notice that it is cooked on one side, I put a pot lid and turn it over so that it cooks on the other side, in the same pan.

When the torilla is finished cooking, after a few minutes it looks like this picture, the truth friends, to accompany it with rice salad, tomato, onion, peas, salt and pepper to taste, everything was exquisite.
