Hola a todos, como siempre comento amigos es muy bueno cuando improvisamos, por ejemplo a mis nietas les agrada el pan de ajo, entonces puse manos a la obra y comence a elabrorarlo, la verdad que no es muy dificil, asi que tome un volts le agregue la harina, un poco de polvo de hornear, sal a gusto, tambien un poco de levadura, la cual la prepare con un poco de agua tibia, se mescla bien y luego se le agrega a la harina, tambien el ajo picado bien fino para darle el sabor principal.
De esa manera comence a amasar bien todo hasta que quede una masa solida, entonces luego la tape con un nylon y la deje que se eleve dicha masa, quedando como se ve en la foto.
Entonces luego de esto fui quitando en porciones , para amasarla bien agregando un poco de harina sobre la mesada de la cocina, luego con el palo de amasar la fui estirando.
Una ves bien estirada a mi gusto a dicha masa, la fui cortando en trozos cuadrados los cuales serian para armar de esa manera el pan antes mencionado.
Una ves finalizado el armado de los panes, tome el molde donde pondria dichos panes, pero antes le agregue mantequilla y sobre esta un poco de harina, lo cual hace que los panes no se peguen sobre dicho molde.
Asi que luego de armar los panes, agregarlos en el molde, los tape y nuevamente los deje que se elevaran un poco, cuando note que estaban a punto para cocinarlos, ingrese dicho molde al horno.
De esa manera amigos cumplo otra peticion de mis nietas, a quienes les agrada mucho este pan de ajo.
