Hola a todos, si bien los dias de fin de semana o sea domingo, es especial para compartir un buen asado, tambien lo es para compartir pastas, en este caso fideo tallarin o sea cinta, con pollo asado y sopa paraguaya, para cocinar el pollo, en este caso lo hice en el horno de la cocina, el cual al estar muy bien condimentado, salio muy sabroso, luego de eso lo corte en trozos, para asi degustarlos con dicho fideo y dicha sopa paraguaya.
La sopa paraguaya, es una comida muy tradicional de ese pais, la cual es una preparación sólida en forma de bizcochuelo salado con harina de maíz, huevo, agua, leche, cebolla y queso Paraguay o queso fresco o blando, dicha comida es una herencia de la cocina mestiza cario guaraní-española, donde la misma nunca falta en la mesa a la hora del almuerzo o cena, lo mismo que la yuca o mandioca, bueno una ves que batimos bien todo en la licuadora, la agregamos en una fuente y luego la llevamos al horno a una temperatura media, hasta que la misma se termine de cocinar.
Bueno amigos referente al pollo esta demas decirle la forma de preparar el mismo dado que es muy facil, porque luego de condimentarlo o adovarlo muy bien lo llevamos al horna de la cocina a una tmpertaura media, porque al cocinarce lentamente, sale mucho mas jugoso y tambien mas exquisito.
Entonces es muy bueno romper un poco el mito de los asados de los domingos, en este caso cambiandolo por pasta, sopa paraguaya y el pollo asado al horno, que la verdad salio todo muy sabroso.
