Hola a todos, es muy bueno cuando tenemos una pasion, como ustedes saben referente a la cosina que es mi debilidad, en este caso el cocinar ravioles de verduras, con una salsa muy sabrosa que es la salsa stogonoff, pero el detalle que la misma en este caso es con pollo cortado en trozos bien pequeños , bueno de todas maneras salio exquisito, la misma ya se incorporo a la lista de las comidas preferidas, de todos los comensales.

Para preparar dicha salsa lo primero, es contar con pechugas de pollo, cortada en trozos bien pequeños, como el que se encuentra en la olla, con cebolla, ajo y sal a gusto.

Bueno amigos para preparar dicha salsa (strogonoff), para la cual se necesita, una olla no tan grande, la cual agregue en la hornalla de la cocina, agregue un poco de morron, cebolla de verdeo, un poco de mantequilla, luego harina de trigo, revolviendo muy despacio, agua caliente y cuando note que estaba bastante cocinada todo, le agregue un poco de moztaza y despues crema de leche, hasta que se termino de cocinar.

Por supuesto que al tratarse de una salsa excelente, la misma va acompañada con estos ravioles de verduras, el cual para cocinarlo, agregamos una olla en la hornalla de la cocina le agregamos agua caliente, luego vamos agregando pausadamente dichos ravioles y revolviendo lentamente para que los mismos no se peguen.

Como les dije, cuando los mismos estan bien cocinados, los voy quitando de la olla con un espumadera y agregandolos en una fuente como la que se ve, teniendo en cuenta que los ravioles una ves cocinados son muy tiernos y delicados, por supuesto que a dicha fuente primero le agrego un poco de dicha salsa.

Luego de haber quitado todo los ravioles de la olla y tenerlos en la fuente, les agrego bastante salsa, por lo cual asi sale mucho mas exquisito.

Una ves servido en los platos, esta en cada uno en agregarle queso rallado, lo cual es especial ara esta ocacion.

To prepare this sauce, the first thing to do is to have chicken breasts, cut in very small pieces, like the one in the pot, with onion, garlic and salt to taste.

Well friends to prepare this sauce (strogonoff), for which you need, a pot not so big, which I added on the stove of the kitchen, add some morron, green onion, a little butter, then wheat flour, stirring very slowly, hot water and when I noticed that everything was cooked enough, I added a little moztaza and then cream, until it was finished cooking.

Of course, since it is an excellent sauce, it goes with these vegetable ravioli, which to cook it, we add a pot on the stove, we add hot water, then we slowly add the ravioli and stirring slowly so that they do not stick.

As I said, when the ravioli are well cooked, I remove them from the pan with a skimmer and add them in a bowl like the one you see, taking into account that the ravioli once cooked are very tender and delicate, of course I first add a little of the sauce to the bowl.

After removing all the ravioli from the pot and having them in the dish, I add a lot of sauce, so it comes out much more delicious.

Once served on the plates, it is up to each one to add grated cheese, which is special for this occasion.
