Una sabrosa comida, para el dia de san ValentinºººººA tasty meal, for Valentine's Day

Buenos dias a todos, sabemos que existe la tradicion del dia de los enamorados (san Valentin) el cual es conciderado un dia digamos especial, pero si lo vemos de otro anguelo en lo personal creo que es un dia mas, porque la verdad el dia de los enamorados serian todos los dias de nuestra subsistencia, pero la sociedad toda lo toma como un dia especial, que tambien sabemos que es para que se mueva un poco los negocion, porque de esta manera ganan los floricultores y todo lo referente a regaleria, yo en cambio prepara para el almuerzo una comida la cual consiste en una ensalada de arroz, con milanesa de pollo, con tomate y una cerevza bien helada jajajaja.

Bueno empesando por la preparacion de la milanesa, la cual son filtes de pechuga de pollo, asi que prepare en un volts, un poco de huevo, sal, ajo, una pisca de pimienta y oreganos, lo bati bien, luego le agregue los filetes de pollo, para luego de ahi pasarlos por pan rallado, el cual contiene tambien semillas varias.

Con lo que quedo en el volts, o sea el huevo batido, le agregue mas huevo lo bati bien y lo cocine en una sarten, donde luego quedo en trozos bien pequeños, le agregue tambien tomate, arveja un poco de pollo trozado y arroz el cual ya lo tenia cocinado, mescle bien todo, le verti un poco de aceite de oliva y la verdad salio excelente.

Para completar mejor el plato le agregue tomate cortado en julianas, condimentado a gusto, para luego agregar la milanes, la cual se cocino con aceite y grasa vegetal refinada, asi sale mas liviana la misma y por cierto mas sabrosa.

Para acompañar dicha comida, lo hicimos con una cerveza bien helada, por suerte despues de la comida y el regalo lo pasamos muy bien, siguiendo esta tradicion jajaja.

Good morning everyone, we know that there is the tradition of Valentine's Day, which is considered a special day, but if we look at it from another angle I personally think it is just another day, because the truth is that Valentine's Day would be every day of our livelihood, but the whole society takes it as a special day, we also know that it is to move a little business, because this way the florists win and everything related to gifts, I instead prepare for lunch a meal which consists of a rice salad with chicken milanesa, with tomato and a chilled beer hahahaha.

Well starting with the preparation of the milanesa, which are fillets of chicken breast, so prepare in a volts, a little egg, salt, garlic, a pinch of pepper and oreganos, beat well, then add the chicken fillets, and then pass them through breadcrumbs, which also contains several seeds.

With what was left in the volts, that is the beaten egg, I added more egg, beat it well and cooked it in a pan, where it was then in very small pieces, I also added tomatoes, peas, a little chopped chicken and rice which I had already cooked, mix everything well, pour a little olive oil and the truth is that it turned out excellent.

To complete the dish I added tomato cut in julienne, seasoned to taste, and then add the milanes, which was cooked with oil and refined vegetable fat, so it comes out lighter and certainly more tasty.

To accompany the meal, we did it with an ice cold beer, luckily after the meal and the gift we had a great time, following this tradition hahaha.
