Have you read this post before upvoting it?
It is evident photo editing of fake verification signs.@fatimajunio

Anyway, we always recommend not to ever downvote this sort of verifications (holding a sign) as they are almost always fake ones. About 95% on Hive. They are too easy to fake using photoshop making them look realistic (the above one is a particularly botched work).
Only external verification through a well-established social media account (not recently created) is a valid source of verification.
