Excellent storyline @crisch123, very well written.
Only one place was really questionable:
"they saw how the ferocious beast was transformed into a ? who only sought in the last moments to show that the mother was willing to do anything"
perhaps "they saw how the momma whale was transformed into a ferocious beast who only sought..." may work better for a translation?
