Quizás por el contrario eres de esas personas bendecidas que tiene la suerte de despertar, salir de su hogar y que te quede todo cerca, desde el lugar de trabajo, estudio o simplemente sea una buena urbanización en la que tienes la dicha de vivir.

Pero veamos las ventajas antes de ver todos los aspectos negativos y echar odio si porque sí. Al momento de alguna emergencia podrías acudir rápidamente a esta clínica para que te atendieran, ya sea para hacer una cita o ir por una emergencia personal (fiebre, dolor de estómago, dolor de cabeza, entre otros malestares). Pero ¿qué tal si te digo que vivo en Venezuela y aparte de no haber médicos que quieran estar de guardia por un sueldo miserable tampoco hay suministros suficientes para atender a muchas personas?

Pues ciertamente tendrías razón, sin embargo, vivir cerca de una clínica popular aún sigue presentando una gran desventaja, aunque no la utilice.

Desde que el virus llego a Venezuela (covid) se ha propagado considerablemente, y un centro de recepción (ya sea por temas de covid o cualquier otra dolencia o emergencia) es este seguro social que queda cerca de mi casa. Desde hace años (y más ahora por todos los casos de emergencia que llegan por el virus) han llegado en horas de la madrugada o altas horas de la noche pacientes que necesitan ser atendidos de manera urgente, ya que por algún malestar o emergencia que tendría que ser atendida de manera rápida para preservar la vida.

Escuchas aquel alarido, un grito desesperante, ¡PERTURBANTE, QUE NO PARECE DE ESTE MUNDO! de una madre llorando por su hijo muerto. Despiertas y miras a tu alrededor para ver de dónde sale este ¡ALARIDO! Y más temprano que tarde te encuentras con lo que es probablemente un familiar gritando a las afueras de la clínica:

Muchas veces me ha tocado presenciar desde mi hogar estas situaciones, y por mucho que quiero ignorarlas simplemente no puedo, vez como se tiran al suelo ha simplemente llorar, ves como en el transcurso del camino desde que bajan del automóvil hasta la entrada del seguro simplemente se desploman al suelo. Quizás pudo ser un padre, una madre, un hermano o un primo de algún desconocido que perdió la vida, y tu viste como sucedió todo desde tu hogar. Quizás con esto que escribo pienses dos veces antes de mudarte cerca de alguna clínica, hospital o centro de emergencia, pues a lo largo de mi vida he presenciado este tipo de eventos bastantes inquietantes, pero tan naturales como es la misma vida, tristemente la muerte de familiares se ha vuelto cada vez más repetitivo en estos tiempos (más que todo por el tema covid).

Debe ser horrible lo que tienes que vivir constantemente. Si ya de por si nuestra vida nos arroja situaciones capaces de desajustarnos física, mental y emocionalmente, la cercanía de este centro de salud creo que es capaz de mantener la estabilidad emocional en un hilo 😪🥺
