Hola hola mi apreciada personas de la comunidad de hive. Espero que se encuentren exelente y siempre alegre hoy quiero compartir este postre que realice con mi hija mayerling de 10 años. Fue un día de padre e hija y para nosotros es un placer compartir la receta muy sencilla:

🥧Ingredientes:
3 cucharada de cacao en polvo
1 litro de agua
4cucharada de azúcar
3 cucharada de harina se trigo
8 galleta María o de su preferencia
4 cucharada de leche en polvo

Utensilio:

1 batidor de manos
1cuchara
1cucharadita para postre
1 Olla
1 tortera pequeña
1 colador

Preparación:

En la olla agregue el litro de agua después el cacao en polvo, la leche en polvo,la arena de trigo y por último la azúcar. con el batidor de mano batir asta que se disuelva todos los ingredientes y quede una mezcla homogénea.

Luego calentar la mes la en la cocina asta que espese ( dándole vuelta con el batidor para que no se pegue). Una ves que la mes la este espesa vaciar en la tortera una pequeña parte aprovechando que esté caliente y colocar las galletas, luego cubrimos con otra porción de la mezcla, nuevamente colocar más galleta.

Dejar reposar aproximadamente 1 hora a temperatura ambiente y de 30 a 40 minuto en la nevera.

Hello hello my dear people of the hive community. I hope you are excellent and always happy today I want to share this dessert that I made with my 10-year-old Mayerling daughter. It was a father-daughter day and it is a pleasure for us to share the very simple recipe

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 liter of water
4 tablespoon of sugar
3 tablespoons of wheat flour
8 Maria cookies or your preference
4 tablespoons milk powder

Utensil:
1 hand mixer
1 spoon
1 teaspoon for dessert
1 pot 1 small pan
1 strainer

preparation:

In the pot add the liter of water then the cocoa powder, the milk powder, the wheat sand and finally the sugar. With the hand mixer, beat until all the ingredients are dissolved and a homogeneous mixture remains. Then heat the month in the kitchen until it thickens (turning it over with the whisk so it doesn't stick). Once the month is thick, empty a small part into the pan, taking advantage of the fact that it is hot, and place the cookies, then cover with another portion of the mixture, again place more cookies. Let stand approximately 1 hour at room temperature and 30 to 40 minutes in the refrigerator. Note: the number of layers will depend on the taste of the person.
