Buenos dias a todos los seguidores de HIVE, que bueno que es cuando nos damos el gusto con una comida que nos trae mucha nostalgia, digo esto porque cuando hera niños, siempre fue de mi agrado , en los dias que se cocinaba empanadas de pollo, entonces mi prioridad hera que la parte de la pechuga quedara un poco de carne, hera mi plato favorito, entonces la acompañaba con una ensalada como en este caso de rucula, pero con el detalle de que las hojas las preparaba entera.
Entera porque la verdad que asi, lo digo en lo personal se siente mucho mas su sabor , condimentado con vastante limon y sal a gusto, la verdad todo muy rico.
