Y corrió durísimo

Descalzo sin descanso

Nada pudo detenerlo

/Atravesó la luz.

Poema #2

Sobre la mesa está la flor

Que te obsequié

La semana pasada

Imagínate

Como está la pobre flor

Le crece un lunar oscuro

Semejante a la muerte

Y se inclina con delicadeza

Para morirse tranquila.

Poema #3

Vestida de oro

Emerges sobre el mar

Tu crepúsculo.

Todo está tranquilo en caracas

Excepto

El arduo

Palpito

En mi pecho.
