Hola que tal a todos los componentes de esta plataforma, la que siempre lleve y llevo presente, pero para las publicaciones, como bien saben que mi trabajo es de cocinar asado, siempre para ocaciones especiales, eventos, cumpleaños, comuniones, etc. es asi que nuevamente en dicho ambiente, depues de haber estado ausente por un tiempo, nuevamente en lo mio, el cual este sabroso asado, es por un casamiento de civil, el mismo contiene, cordero, costillar de carne de res y tambien lechon, los que leyeron mis publicaciones anteriores, tendran en cuenta que siempre me las arreglo para cocinar donde sea y como sea, como lo es en esta caso.
Para el cual, coloque sobre el piso unos chapones de hierro, para que el fuego no dañe dicho piso y sobre este encendi el fuego con leños bastantes grandes, los cuales una ves encendidos, se procede a esparcir la brasa, para que la carne colocada en esta caballete con ganchos se vaya cocinando muy lentamente, que por supuesto al finalizar dicha coccion, todo salio estupendo.
