I guess you'd have to query that based on the downvotes they dish out.
Currently, they do receive more than $2 per comment and $30 per report. They also do curate community content as well.

Never mind the shitposting farming by the old time farmers taking a majority of rewards but ""respected"" ""curators"" are voting posts with clear copyright infringement clearly not even looking.
