New All Time Highs in Hive Sucre
While Hive overall may still be languishing, we are continuing to see records being broken in the Hive Sucre merchant adoption project. In August, @hivesucre blew past the record made last year in the amount of HBD spent at merchants. This was primarily due to one transaction, a purchase of "supplies and canned products" by @hivesucre itself valuing over $1,100. Nonetheless, the fact that HBD retail/merchant partners are willing to accept a large purchase shows a growing trust in HBD among retailers in Cumaná.
It's not just about that one big purchase though, the other metrics are also on the rise, and we just hit a new all time high in the number of active customers in the last week.
It's great to see it used in the 'real world'. I hope that will become more common.

This might be for the campaign they were part of to help with the aftermath of a hurricane in the Sucre state.
If it continues like this, it will be very beneficial for the project in the future.
