Thanks! After getting my HiveSQL account set up I started playing with your repo. How did you create the users.txt file? I created a mini test-version for the dutch users half by hand for testing. But for large lists I rather not do anything by hand :D
The file started with one someone else made and I have just added to it over the last 3 years. I don't get a lot of new people. It takes some manual work to decide where a new person fits in, but it doesn't add up to much over a month.
Thanks for the info. In the meantime I managed to build partial automation at least initially. As you said, I probably have to keep doing some manual stuff. I also pimped the plot to make it look like arcange one:
At this point my local repo is a bit of a mess, but ones I have the first post out (probably early January) I'll put it on Github.
Hope you don't mind I'm doing all this using so much of your work. If so, just let me know :)
Great! I agree with you on code examples. To be honest it's quite the hassle to get some good information. Especially starting anew like me! I'll write some post once I have something useful to share.
Let me know if you need any help/

That's cool. You are very welcome to use my code. That is why I put it out there. We need more examples of coding on Hive to learn from.
