A spectacular twilight has given us today the sky, these rainy days in my country are also combined with many solar rays that I especially take advantage of every afternoon to fill me with their energy, light and love.
Our sun is literally the giver of life, so I think it even deserves veneration as they do in #india every day.
There is a wonderful and powerful mantra that they say is the heart of the Vedas and it is the "Gayatri Mantra" which is a prayer to the Sun.
Here I leave the Mantra if you have no problem pronouncing it as a spiritual practice.
aum
Bhur Bhuvah Svah
Tat Savitur Varenyam
Bhargo Devasya Dheemahi
Dhiyo Yo nah Prachodaya
Here is the individual meanings of the rest of the words from the mantra:
Tat – In simpler term, it means “that”, because it stated description through speech or language, the “Ultimate Reality.”
Savitur – “Divine Sun” (The ultimate light of wisdom)
Varenium – “Adore”
Bhargo – “Illumination”
Devasya – “Divine Grace”
Dheemahi – “We Contemplate”
Dhi – “Intellect”
Me – “Who”
Nah – “Ours”
Prachodayat – “Requesting/Urging/Praying”
Meaning:
O thou existence Absolute, Creator of the three dimensions, we contemplate upon thy divine Sun. May He stimulate our intellect and bestow upon us true knowledge.

I repeat the Mantra every evening that I can look at the sun at this time, a powerful strength and peace fills me every time I do it.
