Sunsets are our most relaxing time of the day for most people I would say it's that time of the day where you can just sit by the ocean and unwind after your hard stressful day at the office or whatever your day may have consisted of, I myself look forward to this time of the day where I can simply go and sit by the ocean or talk a walk along the shoreline listening to the sounds of the waves crashing so peacefully on the shoreline watching the sun leaving us but soon to return with a new day.

Taking in that moment of the day whether, it be for only a few short minutes it is the best therapy anyone can have and it's free, I find that moment of the day watching the sunset is the most valuable time of the day for me, not only does it clear my mind of all stress but it energizes me and prepares me for the next day also gives me a good night sleep knowing my day was complete.
