QB Will Levis set to return for the Titans at the Chargers...

Defying conventional wisdom/logic the Titans turn back to second year QB Will Levis after he dealt with a mild shoulder injury. The Titans have not had an ounce of actual success with Levis but there is still potential with him. Possibly. I guess the Titans are still trying to double check on his potential before really making a hard decision about how to treat the draft or even the season, I guess. I feel bad for Mason Rudolph but the Titans are just in a vulnerable state trying to play Sherlock Holmes with this Titans roster.

I have grown to be a bit against Levis and his potential as a QB, but time has healed like, a few wounds I guess. I hope the same will be said for Levis. This can be a mini reset for his career as a whole. Levis is now in the middle of the second year of his NFL career. He was thrust in with mixed success last year, this year he had a flash or two but MANY more mental errors and just awkward play. But now, he has had a chance to feel the pressure of what it means to be a modern NFL QB. It was an intense few weeks but now he has had a chance to hit the sidelines and get a few less eyeballs on him for awhile. Watch Mason Rudolph handle things for a bit. This mini reset should be taken seriously for Levis I believe. Resets like this are pretty rare. If he wants to be great and taken seriously this is his last significant shot.

The Titans sit at 2-6 and I mean the season is probably over, but who knows, there's still a tiny shot for the Titans. Maybe. The Chargers are a solid team but they don't seem unbeatable.

In 2019 the Titans whole season turned around starting against the Chargers....

Levis needs to just learn something from Rudolph and his natural ability can shine through in time.

Pollard will still be good, and Ridley has shown some good signs of life. The Chargers seem like a well coached physical team and so this is going to be a huge test. Jim Harbaugh usually has his teams ready to roll. Realistically I can't say I expect a win, but it would be at LEAST nice to look good and compete well.

It's a four o'clock game so I have to wait a few extra hours unfortunately. It's cool though, makes the football day last longer especially since the Titans could easily just lose again HA.

Would be nice to see Levis turn this around and start to maybe flip the narrative on his career a bit.

Today will be interesting.
