It's Saturday the first of February and I haven't thought about anything else for a long time, friends, between nerves and last minute little things, I don't know how I made time to leave you a 'doodle' but I hope you enjoy it while I continue ordering everything to enjoy the carnival night.

Es sábado primero de febrero y yo hace tiempo no pienso en otra cosa, amigos, entre los nervios y las pequeñas cosas de último momento, no sé cómo me hice tiempo para dejarles un 'garabato' pero espero que lo disfrutes mientras sigo ordenando todo para disfrutar la noche de carnaval.
I started with the blank sheet and something I remember from fileteado classes is to give them a frame, I sketch some lines and choose the weight inside the box, I will put a moon and a phrase, here I go. At the beginning everything was done with pencil, because I was afraid I wanted to change something of the final result and to my surprise it was not, although some lines were corrected with an eraser.

Empecé con la hoja en blanco y algo que me acuerdo de clases de fileteado es darles un marco, esbozo unas líneas y elijo el peso dentro del recuadro, pondré una luna y una frase, aquí voy. Al comenzar todo fue hecho con lápiz, porque temía querer cambiar algo del resultado final y para mi sorpresa no fue así, aunque algunas líneas fueron corregidas con goma de borrar.
When I started it was such the confidence of the 'perspective' that I gave to the moon that I did not dare to doubt it, although it was not so striking the carnival question of it, but it was with the intention of reversing another drawing of this style that I did in the past, it fulfills the expectation. The moon smiles while leaving a message, although it was rather chubby and I like to make the ends more pointed, I also found it tender like this.

Cuando comencé fue tal la confianza de la 'perspectiva' que le di a la luna que no me atreví a dudar de ella, aunque no quedó tan llamativa la cuestión carnavalera de la misma, pero fue con intención de reversionar otro dibujo de este estilo que hice en el pasado, cumple la expectativa. La luna sonríe mientras deja un mensaje, aunque quedó más bien regordeta y a mi me gusta hacer los extremos más puntiagudos, también me resultó tierna así.
I mixed the typefaces so that it covers all the text, it is readable and understandable, also giving emphasis on what is important. “Nos vemo en el corso” is popular slang, we see each other in the streets, the real thing is there, if you want to see me you know where, it is not easy to explain but everything is summarized in the phrase.

Mezclé los tipos de letras para que cubra todo el texto, se lea y sea entendible, dando también énfasis en lo importante. "Nos vemo en el corso" es jerga popular, nos vemos en las calles, lo real está ahí, si me quieres ver ya sabes donde, no es fácil de explicar pero todo está todo resumido en la frase.
Although the drawing is something that comes out of my mind, it usually happens to me that the moons with noses, makeup, eyes, etc, always remind me of a specific drawing and my ways of seeing it always tend to resemble that moon in my memory. So giving it another shape or perspective also makes it a different enjoyment for me when drawing.

Si bien el dibujo es algo que sale de mi mente, suele pasarme que las lunas con narices, maquillaje, ojos, etc, me recuerdan siempre a un dibujo puntual y mis maneras de verla siempre tienden a parecerse a esa luna en mi memoria. Asique darle otra forma o perspectiva hace que también sea un disfrute distinto para mi a la hora de dibujar.
The day is today, the carnival is here and I couldn't be happier and more nervous, so we'll see what happens when it's time to perform. In the meantime, I progressed in my drawing by passing it to pencil and adding some shadows in the form of small stripes. The finished drawing is nothing more than a doodle, as I promised at the beginning, but it has all my love for carnival summed up in it, I hope you liked it!

El día es hoy, el carnaval llegó y no podría estar más contenta y más nerviosa, así que veremos lo que sucede cuando sea momento de actuar. Mientras tanto, avance en mi dibujo pasándolo a lapicera y agregando algunas sombras en forma de rayas chiquitas. El terminado final no es más que un garabato, como les prometí al principio, pero tiene todo mi amor al carnaval resumido en él, espero que les haya gustado!
