VISITING NEW EXHIBITION AT THE MUSEUM [ENG/ESP]
Hello HIVE, I hope you are all doing well and doing some creative activity.
Hola HIVE espero que todos se encuentren muy bien haciendo alguna actividad creativa.
Since I began studying art at university, I have developed a great appreciation for museums, visiting them alone and with friends, being present at new art exhibitions, I love all of that, plus the energies that are manifested in those valuable temples. Fortunately, every Monday I am taking classes on Arts, Cultures and Communities at the Jacobo Borges University Museum located in the western park "Ali Primera" in the city of Caracas, Venezuela. Every time I leave class, I walk around the museum to see if they have put on a new exhibition; this week on the upper floor, they renovated two exhibition rooms with new art displays for the delight of the community.
Desde que comence a estudiar artes en la universidad, le agarré un gran aprecio a los museos, ir de visita solo y con amigos, estar presente en las nuevas exposiciones de artes, todo eso me encanta, mas las energias que se manifiestan en esos valiosos templos, afortunadamente todos los lunes estoy recibiendo clases de Artes, Culturas y comunidades en el Museo Universitario Jacobo Borges ubicado en el parque del oeste "Ali Primera" en la ciudad de Caracas, Venezuela, cada vez que salgo de clases, paseo por el museo para ver si han montado una exposicion nueva; esta semana en el piso superior, renovaron dos salas de exposicion con nuevas muestras de arte para el deleite de la comunidad.
The first exhibition I visited was titled "EMERGING EMOTIONS" which compiles under the premise "emotion, creation and commitment" a good selection of exhibition pieces that had a variety of artistic techniques including drawings, paintings, engravings, photographs, assemblages and sculptural pieces that allow us to enter into a cognitive and philosophical journey guided by the semiological richness that directs our reasoning towards an attempt to understand the human emotional unconscious. Here we can appreciate the fervent sense of creative expression of national artists who remain motivated by experimentation and research processes in this arduous path that we have traced out in trying to understand what "PLASTIC ART" is.
La primera muestra que visité estaba titulada "EMERGIENDO EMOCIONES" que recopila bajo la premisa "emocion, creacion y compromiso", una buena seleccion de piezas expositivas que contaba con una variedad de tecnicas artisticas entre dibujos, pinturas, grabados, fotografias, ensamblajes y piezas escultoricas que nos permiten adentrarnos en un viaje cognitivo y filosofico guiados por la riqueza semiologica que nos dirige el raciocinio hacia un intento por comprender el inconciente emocional humano. Aqui podemos apreciar el ferviente sentido de expresion creativa de artistas nacionales que se mantienen motivados con la experimentacion y los procesos de investigacion en este arduo camino que nos hemos trazado al intentar comprender lo que es la "PLASTICA".
In the next room I visited, ancestral culture reigned, an exhibition entitled "WE COME FROM CLAY" a rich display of indigenous culture, steeped in ancestral tradition, pieces created in clay that served as ornaments or craft instruments for daily use in ancient times, there were also pieces created in the pre-Hispanic past for artistic purposes or religious amulets, as is the case of the "Venus of Tacarigua" or the great variety of petroglyphs that have been found throughout Venezuelan history; about this last I want to begin my own investigation to understand a little more about our indigenous roots, the professor who saw me when I was appreciating the art exhibitions, approached me and shared with me much of his knowledge regarding petroglyphs and the Venus of Tacarigua, he also sent me by email several investigations that have been carried out on the subject, this will allow me to begin my own investigation. I really loved being able to appreciate these two new exhibitions at the museum and acquire these nutritious knowledge that allows me to grow as a human being. I will continue visiting all the museums I can. I hope you like this post, good vibes.
En la siguiente sala que visite reinaba la cultura ancestral, una exposicion titulada "DEL BARRO VENIMOS" una muestra rica en cultura indigena, impregnada de tradicion ancestral, piezas creadas en barro que sirvieron de adornos o de instrumentos artesanales para el uso diario en la antiguedad, tambien habian piezas creadas en el pasado prehispanico con fines artisticos o amuletos religiosos, como es el caso de la "Venus de Tacarigua" o la gran variedad de pretroglifos que se han encontrado a lo largo de la historia Venezolana; sobre esto ultimo quiero iniciar mi propia investigacion para comprender un poco mas sobre nuestras raices indigenas, el profesor que me vio cuando estaba apreciando las exposiciones de artes, se me acerco y me compartio gran parte de sus conocimientos referentes a los petroglifos y las venus de tacarigua, ademas me paso por correo varias investigaciones que se havn realizado sobre el tema, esto me va a permitir dar inicio a mi propia investigacion. De verdad me encanto poder apreciar estas dos nuevas exposiciones en el museo y adquirir estos nutritivos conocimientos que me permiten crecer como ser humano, seguiré visitando todos los museos que pueda; Espero que este post sea de su agrado, buenas vibras.
