Hello to all drawing lovers! I recently edited one of the fanarts I had made of the YouTube series Helluva Boss, where I tried to portray a funny scene of the couple I like, showing how much they feel next to each other:

This drawing was part of a challenge in which a drawing had to be made based on the word on the list. The word that was playing on that occasion was "comfort", so what came to mind to be able to reflect that, was to draw one of the characters behaving in a funny way in the other's hair. Once I made the sketch in a traditional way in my sketchbook, I transferred the drawing to digital through a photograph and started working on it, using the Medibang paint app.

It is important to clarify that since I had the idea of making this fanart a gif from the beginning, I created the linearts of the pieces that I wanted to give movements in different layers. Once I had the linearts ready, I moved on to choosing colors. At this point in my life, I should already make a color palette to have available when drawing this couple... But I always forget to do it haha So I usually use a drawing that I previously liked the tones I chose and I proceed to use them to color the drawing. Then, I moved on to placing the shadows and lights.

For the background, I chose to make something simple so as not to take away the attractiveness of the characters and because I consider that I am not good at this aspect haha. So I located a base background to which I placed certain details using some motif brushes.

To create the gifs, I use the Photoshop program, in which I use the tool called Timeline, which allows you to create animated gifs through frames of the drawings. Making these types of animations warms my heart, because I like cheesy themes 💕

¡Hola a todos los amantes de los dibujos! Hace poco hice la edición de uno de los fanarts que había realizado de la serie de YouTube Helluva Boss, en donde traté de retratar una escena divertida de la pareja que me gusta, demostrando lo mucho que se siente uno al lado del otro:
Si no conocen la serie, como comenté arriba, la misma está disponible en Youtube. Aquí abajo, les dejaré las imágenes de referencia de cómo lucen los personajes en dicha serie:
Éste dibujo, formaba parte de un reto en el cual, se debía hacer un dibujo basándose en la palabra de la lista. La palabra que tocaba en esa ocasión era "comodidad", así que lo que me vino a la mente para poder reflejar eso, fue dibujar a uno de los personajes comportándose de forma divertida en el cabello del otro. Una vez que elaboré el boceto de forma tradicional en mi libreta de bocetos, trasladé el dibujo a digital a través de una fotografía y comencé a trabajar en él, haciendo uso de la app Medibang paint.

Es importante aclarar que dado que tenía la idea de hacer éste fanart un gif desde el principio, elaboré en distintas capas los linearts de las piezas que deseaba darles movimientos. Una vez que tuve listo los linearts, pasé a la escogencia de colores. A éstas alturas de mi vida, ya debería hacer una paleta de colores para tenerla disponible a la hora de dibujar ésta pareja... Pero siempre se me olvida hacerla jaja Por lo que suelo usar un dibujo que anteriormente me hayan gustado los tonos que escogí y procedo a usarlos para colorear el dibujo. Luego, pasé a ubicar las sombras y las luces.

Para el fondo, escogí elaborar algo sencillo para no quitarle vistosidad a los personajes y porque considero, que no soy buena en éste aspecto jaja Así que ubiqué un fondo base al cual, le coloqué ciertos detalles a través de unos pinceles de motivos.

Para la elaboración de los gifs, yo utilizo el programa Photoshop, en el cual utilizo la herramienta llamada Línea de tiempo, la cual te permite crear gifs animados a través de fotogramas de los dibujos. Hacer éste tipo de animaciones me reconforta el corazón, porque me gustan los temas cursis 💕

Me imagino que te llevó bastante tiempo realizar este fant art. La idea es continuar practicando para avanzar en este fascinante mundo del dibujo digital. Saludos.
Por lo general, tardo un poco en realizar cada dibujo, pero es porque no le dedico más que un par de horas al día. Pero una vez que lo acabas, vale la pena todo el tiempo invertido 😁 Si he notado mucho mi avance desde que comencé y por eso, sigo practicando para poder hacer cosas más elaboradas 😌 Muchas gracias por haber contemplado mi dibujo y por dejarme tu opinión 😊💚
