Sooner or later most of my fragmented memories get mixed up and blown away like dust in the wind ...
... but these dusty moments from the summer of 2015 are here to stay ...
... fixed in their recognizable form by the small digital camera.
It was an exceptionally dry summer, and I used to shower myself with dust ...
... before jumping in the nearby sea.
The first time I did it for the sake of the selfie, to put on photograph the elusive shapes formed by moving dust ... and then ...
... when I discovered that the thing isn't unpleasant at all ...
... I regularly did it for fun ... and now ...
... halfway to the end of the post ... approximately ...
... is time to take a short video - break, because this is essentially a video - centered post. :) Have a good viewing ... and a few laughs.
This silly video is just a small part of a considerably longer post on HIVE, and it looks much better in that context than as a standalone thing. I recorded these footage in 2015, during a particularly dry summer ... you can see me doing silly stuff in the dust, you can see some cool crows and some interesting insects as well. :) Have a good day ... and the rest of your life in general ...

Places covered with dust are a bit like pages of some ancient book ... that gets rewritten each day ...
... I found many traces ... that looked like mysterious writings ...
... some led me to new mysteries ...
... and other ...
... to flocks of seagulls.
I found quite a few precious things that summer ...
... down in the dust ...
... all crucial, unrepeatable stuff ...
... I was even on the brink of finding myself once ...
... but that's another story ... and this one ... ends here - THE END.
This is a post for the #saturdaymemories initiative, initiated by @olga.maslievich ... and as always in these memories on HIVE, the photographs ... the video ... the GIFs and Photoshop edits are in all segments my work.

:)))) the extended version
Lol playing in the dust like that is a good way to get ringworm :-). But you might already be immune to it from all your cats.
Hehehe ... I think that I am :D never got the thing ... as far as I know
I grew up in the desert with lots of dust and my cats would take dust baths all the time and catch ringworm then we would pet the cat and we would end up catching ringworm lol. Fortunately its easy to cure and we turned the cats into indoor cats only.
Very shamanic ... love it:)
Hehehe it's a local summer ritual :))))
You had fun as I saw in the video, but I thought, his throat will hurt with so much dust, at the end of the video the wind was blowing hard, apparently you were so happy that time passed and you did not care, and the insects are also with you especially the one you placed in your hand.
A hug :)
:)) I had to drink a few beers to wash the dust. That scene at the end of the video was very early in the morning and the wind was refreshing after a week of very hot days.
