Cuando llegué a España mi segundo trabajo fue de vender, vender telefonía a empresas, negocios, no a gente individual.
Era un trabajo a comisión, eso significaba que si no vendía no tendría sueldo. Las comisiones eran muy buenas, su porcentaje era excelente, pero si no había ventas yo no cobraba nada.
Y como muchos saben mi trabajo en Argentina era de profesora de informática por más de 12 años, por lo que vender, en el sentido de vender un producto, no lo había hecho como tal y menos en la calle.
Si había vendido mi trabajo, mis diseños, pero no un producto como un servicio de telefonía.

Un trabajo muy demandante, de mucho esfuerzo tanto físico como mental. Había mucho estrés y además yo me añadía más estrés porque quería vender y no sabía cómo hacerlo.
Si es verdad que en la empresa nos daban algunas técnicas, pero a mí no me resultaban. Creo que hay ciertas cosas que funcionan para todos, pero otras dependen de la personalidad de cada uno y me faltaba aprender eso que era igual para cualquier vendedor.
Pasé más de mes y medio sin vender nada, pero yo quería intentarlo y lograrlo. El gerente y otros directivos decían que yo tenia la presencia y lo necesario para que las relaciones con la gente, pero me faltaba algo, algo fundamental, vender.

Buscando sobre este tema en YouTube, el algoritmo me recomendó el canal de Jürgen Klaric, esto pasó hace más de seis años.
Por supuesto que no miré todos los videos de este empresario y emprendedor, pero si algunos que me dieron algunas ideas de como podía hacer mejor mi trabajo y realmente me dio mucha confianza y me ayudo mucho en lo que tenía que desarrollar en el día a día.
Luego, meses después cambié de trabajo, pero me quedaron esas enseñanzas y no sólo para saber yo vender sino a la inversa, para saber estrategias que usan vendedores conmigo.
Muchas estrategias de ventas tienen que ver con la energía de la persona y de saber como usar las palabras, los gestos, modales y mucho más y gracias a este canal poco a poco fui puliendo esos temas en mí.
Las fui aplicando en este trabajo y me fue funcionando. Además, las adapté a mi propia forma de ser, cada uno tiene su diversa forma.
