Having lived through many many hurricanes, it's not that unusual that the skies were clear and dry immediately after the storm passes. My guess is that the storm takes all the moisture with it.
That being said, a hurricane is always characterised by heavy rain. They originate over oceans for a reason. Water vapor plays a large part in creating and strengthening hurricanes. The idea that this "hurricane" brought NO rain is highly, highly suspicious. It seems as if this was more of an extremely large tornado than a hurricane.
As fas as Jeff himself goes, I noticed that talk of the matrix stopped completely once "the matrix" affected him. Which of course is perfectly normal. If Jeff is indeed correct and these disasters are man made, there's very little that any of us can do about it. The time to stop that was many decades ago and IMO the JFK thing was "spiking the ball" as far as victory for anti-humanists.
There, of course, is hope. For Jeff, it's "the matrix". Maybe he will meditate his way to a better future. For me, it is my most closely held conviction that there is one team that cannot be defeated. The Creator of Life is unmatched - the anti-humanists cannot create life. Cannot create intelligence. The enemies of humanity are attempting to control and modify the Creation because they cannot make it from scratch. They are shaking their fist at Creation and it is clearly apparent that they are under-armed.
Having shaken my fist at the sky before, I completely confirm your assessment that those doing so are utterly helpless to do jack diddly.

Edit: also, I confirm it is almost inconceivable that a hurricane dumps no rain. I've never heard of it. The mechanism that creates hurricanes causes them to generate immense rainfall.
